My favorite for winter at the moment is a helmet hoodlum:

...I've had one for about two years. The neoprene in front fits well, the top and sides of smartwool are very comfortable, and the fleece dickey-thingy keeps the wind off my neck. It's not amazingly warm, but it's pretty good, and the fit is very good, which means I use it all the time.

I have to amend my previous post about the aforementioned anti-fog mask. Afetr riding to work yesterday at 18 deg F, and having my breath steam turn to ice on my shield, I decided to give the mask another try. I spent some time getting it to fit right, creating a good seal around my nose and cheeks without pinching, and...

It works GREAT!

Not a hint of fog on my shield, even stopped at a light, with the added benefit of a warmer nose and lips while riding. The trick is to make sure the neoprene fabric rests against your nose and cheeks with no gaps.

I'm ordering another one for my Shoei.

Cheers,
Tom

I've got the same Respro product that I use in an old Shoei X8 for winter use, fits great! You'll find that the band that goes across your nose will relax a little after some use, I don't even notice it anymore.

The band doesn't really bother me as I have a small nose... a huge-ass head, but a small nose. At least, it's smaller than the nose in your avatar.

Glad to hear your a happy customer, as I have yet to actually go for a ride with it in place.
