Just Checked and Dakar site says she crossed final WP, but no timing on WP7-10.

Liaison

Just a longish liaison now, think Neil said the split was about 300km after the special.
She should be in before dark. Guess it's light pretty late there this time of year. Go Jen!

Yip 384km liaison. Its still a long way to go....but it will be done. Let hope she can stay ahead of the snowball. Looks like the other desert rose riders had reasonably good days (bikes should be okay) so they can spend more time on her bike tonight and sort out the problem.

Im guessing its the bloody HID light!!

Big pat on the back Jenny - obviously things have not gone well today and I am sure all will be revealed at some point.

Well done for sticking in there and getting to the end

Will do my best to follow tomorrow's stage but will have to try to fit a a bit of work in around visits here

Keep it up

Cool2

Go Jenny Go.... Mechanical problems are part of the Dakar. The riders that finish the hard days are Hero's.

No they're not - the riders that get to the start line are heroes in my book - the ones that finish the hard days are SUPER-HEROES (or SUPER-HEROINES as appropriate )
