You will be able to lighten your load, as there will be beds and shelter, cooking gear, plates, cutlery, even a kitchen sink at the hut. And a BBQ tea and Break'y.

Honda/Kawasaki hasn't even received the new head from Japan yet, so I'm thinking I won't make this trip

Did get my Eagle Mike Doohickey turn up today, and my low profile magnetic sump plug, so it'll be ready to roll when it the bike is

Having a bit of trouble with the computer again . I given it a kick and thump ( no joke ). Might be time for a new one. Being a klr owner , you understand how I hate spending money on nonessentials.

Hey guys, where's lake Dunn and which way do you go ?, I'd love to go if I could get off work, I'm just trying to align the planets so it could happen.

If you draw a line from Charters Towers to Aramac, it's about 65k's NE from Aramac.

So far The idea is to leave Townsville about 7.30 sat 16th. head to the towers , fuel up. We can hit the dirt about 26k's south of the towers. With easy riding ,we should get to the lake around 1500hours. Sunday will be return the same way or if the votes have it . Head home via Belyando ,Mt coolon and back up throught he dam. I tried to post up a google map, I just can't figure out how to do it ( I'm not a smart man ) . There is dirt from pentland and homestead ,which tagati and a few us rode a fair while back. Who's up for latte at the daly sat around lunch time??. Bring a map.

Not much, its started off as just me then I found Trev and Gav turned up a bit later, Gav won the pick a box but not the $500 . So we went home I think that I'll go down to the Side car Masters for a thrill fix
