Thought i reckonized that work Gavin Ryan from Magnetic Island, he was famous around the Island for his cane toad art made from run over toads. He was as i remember him a dope head artist who got a stamp art run with Aus post back in the 80's with marine life stamps. So he's kicked on with that little earner, he bought my old Pride 17 foot half cabin with a 100 Chrysler on the back , He must have been stoned.
