Maybe you had them done and/or put too much pressure on them too soon, Mick. I go for 6 monthly visits to Ipswich hospital and they told me last Monday that I will have to be really bad before they do mine. Luckily It seems to have picked up a bit, probably built up the muscles around the area as it was my `good` leg when I was on crutches.

Yes, but when he yells it is harder to understand him.

It makes his accent more pronounced.

When i started reading this i was going to say to you, done not go under the knife, but you already have.
I was supposed to have a knee reconstruction 15 years ago, but found a guy who fixed my knee with massage that hurt like fuck. But it worked.
Then i would work the knee at the gym and it has been good every since.

Now knee replacement, man don't go there.

A mate sells replacement knee etc, they cut your bones then hammer the new knee into the bone and glue it in there.
Sounds like a hoot.

What i did was do excercise to keep the ligements, well stretch the legiments so they would not give me pain,
worked for me.
Light weighs on leg press machine, and slowly go to original knee movement, the weight stretched the damaged ligements, so i got full movement again, hurts a bit too, like sweating and wanting to throw up.

If you track it and the thieves down, take em out the f*cking back and give em a f*ckin flogging. THEN call the cops. Say they became aggressive and it was self defence.

Thieves give me the royal shits. Specially vehicle thieves.

Hope you get the ute back mate.
