I want one for my bike, cos I think that they are cute.

They are a cheaper version of the Guardian Bell that Peter Stevens sells. Apparently popular with the Harley folk.

So this is PS's version of an extended warranty for Harleys?
It fits...

Fancy a steak in Brisbane

Fancy a steak - I cannot say enough good things about these guys:

http://www.bannockbrae.com.au/

Steak, Bacon, Roast, Sausages, Pork - today is my 4th delivery I think and I haven't had a rough piece of meat yet

It's cold out by the BBQ - but worth it - stunning meat. I haven't comparison checked the value but it seems pretty good too!!

Brisbane area deliveries - and West to their farm I guess?

While I'm thinking of steaks, 'The Outback Steakhouse' has just opened at Aspley. Their 450gm Ribeye - natural - is a cracker!!

I do a similar thing down here - from Tarrawingee Meats- a third the price of the butchers at the shopping centre, delivered to the door and it's fresh. More and more places are doing it and I'm looking at doing the same thing with fruit and vegies. Sick of supermarket rip offs and it supports the local blokes.

Sounds good, and the prices (other than the chicken) are quite reasonable also. Will definitely be giving them a go for some rib eye and lamb cuts

Let me know if you find one, I'm over there next week too.

Last time I visited there didn't seem to be much though.

trip planning in QLD

Am doing a quick Road trip from Cairns to Brisbane next week
I am going the inland way

Doing some trip planning at lunchtime and having difficulty finding all the places that sell fuel.
I cant find a trip planner that shows servos

In the collective wisdom here, anybody know a good on-line trip planner that shows where to get fuel and servo's?

I shall pull my maps out at home tonight as well

thanks

Hay Ewe
