Hi guys, I'm coming too... there will be two of us: Maryel, my colleague and me.

Are you guys meeting at Rodrigo's place? We are coming from Volta Redonda RJ and I remember Rodrigo saying something about Riding together from where he lives...

We are planning to take a further tour through Santa Catarina and return via Curitiba and return to Volta Redonda via the litoral of Sao Paulo when the weekend is finished. Anyone who wants to join us is welcome.

I'm sure you know this, but just in case, if you go to SC don't miss the Serra do Rio do Rastro and Serra do Corvo Branco; a bit further south you will find the magnificent canyons of Itaimbezinho and Fortaleza, in RS. If you are going to pass by Ilhabela, let me know. Boa viagem,

I am going to Rodrigo's the day before. Not sure what time he has planed for us to leave or????? I am just going to show up and go with the flow.


Hey if you have the time and are down by Jaragua do Sul you are welcome to stop by. We can have a beer or 3.

I just learned that my partner isn't going to be able to make it. Some stuff came up, so it will be me, myself and I... sozinho. I will also have to postpone the trip further south to a later date, but we'll probably be able to pass through Jaragua do Sul when we come to SC.
Any other interesting places around there? (Rodrigo already mentioned a few...)

So, I'm going to try and arrive at Rodrigo's place Thursday in the (late?) afternoon. I don't want to take the 116 so it's going to be +/- 1300 km to get to Guarapuava.

Rodrigo, thanks again for your hospitality... I'll see you guys next Thursday.

Well, i just read carefully again the invitation of Brazil Riders , and i found a good place for camping, here is more info..

"O Suiça Hotel & Resort disponibilizou uma ÁREA PARA CAMPING (R$ 22,00)"

The good news is if someone stay in this camping area , in Suiça Hotel , will have 2 good things : everyone is hosted in this hotel , and you can share the hotel installations for those that stay in camping area...is a 3 or 4 star hotel...nice!!

Guys , i dont sleep good this night , yesterday i stay late at night working in cleaning my bike , changing oil, filters , all these stuff , and i started the engine and i hear a noise comming from the engine , is something like a click click click , and when i move the throttle just a little bit.. the noise dissapears.....and i hear this noise ONLY when the engine is hot..not on cold start....someone knows what a hell is that??! i hope is nothing serious.....is my first time experiencing this issue...

I only discovered it now just as my time in Brazil is coming to an end. My 90 day visa expires this Thursday and it's a pain for me to renew, so time to head out and Patagonia is calling.

I'm in Sao Paulo tonight, heading to Curitiba, Cascavel and exit thru Foz.

I'll probably be back in January sometime to Curitiba to get my visa for Senegal.

I love this country so much. I think I could definitely live here for a while.

i just went from a gas station , the problem is the oil grade normally i use 20w50 , i´m trying 10w40...engine runs much more smoother but this noise appears...i switched back to 20w50 problem solved...for while!

Chegada de Motociclista aos hotéis escolhidos.

18 a 21 hs- Recepção no Hotel Sede, Suiça Hotel & Resort, inscrição para entrega de Kits, Cocktail na piscina.

21 hs: Jantar de Confraternização por adesão no Suiça Hotel & Resort R$ 25.00.



13/11/10-Sábado.

08.00 hs. Reunião para passeio nas Cataratas Argentinas.

08.30 hs. Saída para passeio nas Cataratas Argentinas (Ingresso no PNA R$ 20.00), acompanhados e Escoltados pela Gendarmería Nacional Argentina.

13.00 hs. Almoço por adesão de um bom Churrasco Argentino em El Fortín, localizado dentro do Parque Nacional Argentino R$ 29.00.

Passeio opcional da Grande Aventura, sáfari em 4x4 e Navegação nas Cataratas R$ 100.00.

17.00 hs. Saida do Parque Nacional e visita ao Comercio Argentino, tempo para compras.

19.00 hs. No retorno para Foz, parada para compras no Duty Free Shop, onde seremos recebidos com um Cocktail de Boas Vindas.

21.30 hs. Reunião e Jantar & Musica & Pub de Confraternização, já incluso na inscrição, no Emporio da Gula (reservado para nosso grupo).



14/11/10- Domingo.

09.00 hs. Saída opcional em ônibus para Compras no Paraguay, sendo um dia tranqüilo para fazer-las. R$ 20.00 por pessoa.

Almoço Livre.

15.00 hs. Passeio a Hidroelétrica de Itaipu.

20:30 h -Jantar Show (por adesão) na Churrascaria Show Botegga - R$ 26,00

( com show de Samba e Capoeira e após som mecânico para BR´s dançarem)



15/11/10- Segunda Fera.

A partir das 09 h, encontro no Suiça Hotel & Resort, onde poderão ser organizados outros passeios (Paraguay, Comercio Argentino, Parque de Aves, Cataratas Brasileiras, etc).

Looks great! I will be at your shop tomorrow afternoon....sometime around.......15:00-16:00. Depending on how much mud is on the dirt road to Irati and the PR 364.

I am thinking if it is/has rained a lot I will be taking the paved (toll) road$ as I do not want to be on the PR 364 when all that dust turns to mud and the logging trucks think they are running in the Dakar rally. You know how you people drive here!
