Hey Doc, Put me down for a camp site again this year. I will put you a check in the mail. You and Charlie and the other guys did a GREAT job last year, looked like a lot of work though! What can I do to help out this year and ease the burden a little?????

Charlie who did the cooking last year will not be able to this year..infact he has bailed on us..family issues came up so he will miss this years SLAP...so, we'd like to score a cook or two for friday nite..gonna be real simple..hamburgers and chips sorta deal..and anything else that gets in the way..

Charlie's gotta come...hold his spot, maybe sumthin will change.

In any case, I planned on cooking anyway, so count on me. We can talk later as we get closer. Guess you can keep the coffee pot!

I'd be happy to, not exactly what you would call a cook or anything, but I can probably manage to scald a burger or two!

I was going to bring it to you but I'd have to have it agn in a few months....maybe next year eh?

I hope to borrow a couple of Charlies tables...

If everyone who brings stuff to this event would take a piece of tape and with a sharpie, write your name on the item..this includes table and chairs, drop cords, untinsils etc..that way we can know who to get this stuff back too...

As for friday night cooking..if the first riders in would get the bbq fire started and tables put up..and if we all pitch in as we arrive, then the meal friday nite will go alot smoother..it won't be a big deal..hamburgers and chips and maybe some slaw or tater salad etc..
