I bought one locally today and most of the boxes had the staple length range blacked out...I guess "faulty gauging" meant they overstated the range of staples it will handle...but mine worked fine with 1/4" and 5/16" T50's and stapled the SC cover down well

edit 7/4- did about 100 miles today and the seat itself is a huge improvement over the OEM torture device on my DR650

Super Tenere Please!

Really happy with the seat you made for my KLX250SF. Now need help with the Super Tenere. The stock seat slopes toward the tank a bit...and is not great after a half an hour or so...

Are there plans to make a seat foam for the Yamaha Super Tenere anytime soon?

Thanks!

Rob

Seat for 07 BMW G650X Challenge

I thought at one time, you guys made a seat for the X Challenge.
I went to the website, and didn't see one..
Do you still have any available?

Please send me a pm, if you have one available.

Thanks,
Jeff

Ditto on the Tenere seat!

Bundy, If you still have not been able to locate a Tenere I would be willing to purchase a seat kit with matching rear seat cover and provide feedback. Hell, if I had the vacation time I would offer to ride out and use my bike, but it's not in the cards this year.

Did the trip to seatconcepts yesterday.

Nice chaps, customers coming in every 5 mins it seemed!

I left my seat so I could have a think about whether i want to go full suede or half suede half leather, don't think the pictures are up on their site yet, but if your interested in a seat from them, ask to see the Suede; looks amazing

Thumb GSingle Seat On Saturday.

Thanks Robert and Lendon for setting the '05 GSingle up with a fresh Gripper this last Saturday in record time!

F650 single

Does this seat make the f650 feel a little less cramped?

If you are looking at the Dakar seat then it should. It is taller than the 650 std seat with a flat seating area to eliminate the slide into the tank feeling.

We are trying to find a local rider who can help us with the R&D.

Laugh More Enduro Style and Stature

Yes, tmotten, this seat, especially being the tall version, gets you further up from behind the notorious GSingle tank. This single is moving onto Dakar stature as well. A full suspension upgrade will sort it's off road handling, clearance, as well as it's ride height. As the bike stands now, at 5' 11", I can still sit flatfooted on the bike with even the tall seat.

You're never going to get away from this bikes prominent faux tank design, unless you go as far as notmybikemodelname and plastic surgery.

Just put my Seat Concepts seat on my KTM 950 SM and am extremely pleased.

The stock seat was crippling after 1.5 hrs, a high dollar aftermarket seat was only slightly less crippling. The Seat Cioncepts seat is wider where it needs to be wider, flatter so that there is no crown pushing into the nerve bundles in your nether regions. Got the firm foam and it is much much better than a famous brand aftermarket seat that I paid more than twice as much for..and didn't have to wait 6 weeks to get it.
