950 se seat!
Ok,
Guys with the 950SE chime in here. I have got a seat to start the mold process with, so I need some advice. The seat has a distinct crescent shape to it with the rider sitting at the bottom of the crescent. What effect would raising the seat at the bottom of the crescent have on seat height? The seat foam is very thin which makes modifying it very difficult with out adding material. The only other way to get a flatter and wider seating position would be to incorporate a step into the foam, but some guys do not like this as it limits mobility. Bundy

Corbin did it without the step and you still tend to slide forward. The ADV seat in the post above is probably the only way to fix that .. or add 1" of foam.

I was able to get out and use my seat finally last weekend in Moab. Wow this thing is comfy! Tough material also, a miscalculation landed the bike upside down in a dead tree, no tears or punctrures in the seat cover even after landing in some sharp branches.

SE Seat.
NO STEP! Just a little bit higher at the bottom, 1 inch, no problem, but no more, and a bit wider at the sitting area, i am thinking the looks of the 690 seat. There are no need for more foam at the back of the seat as only few peopole use the SE for two up riding. It is a one mans toy!
