I got mine yesterday. I have not ridden it but it is beautifully made and feels much better than the stock seat.

I would suggest bar risers to move the bars back and use one of the custom seats you already have.
We feel that with out making a whole new pan, there isn't enough foam in the stock seat to remove and end up with a comfortable seat.

I'm already using the Rox Pro-Offset risers (1" up, 1"back). Was hoping to avoid even higher risers and the longer lines they require.

How much higher is your seat than stock?

Got mine installed about a month ago and, holy crap what a difference over stock! Wider, softer, but still narrow up front so there are no issues standing.

Fantastic product!

Thanks Bundy!

Just finished a three day 1500km northern Quebec ride and didn't suffer from a sore butt once! Thanks so much Seatconcept!

Yes it's the KTM 950/990 Adventure V2 (Tall Seat) with gripper top and carbon sides. Was about 3/4" taller than my stock seat. Fabulous seat!

Got the new seat on my Wee Strom !! Major difference. I'll take a ride this weekend and see how it works.. I might have to do a little adjusting after I get a few miles on it, I don't think I got it tight enough.

Hi BHoward.
That seat looks nice. Is that the carbon gripper + orange model? Did you install it on the pan yourself? Any additional height? Does it pack down - or just generally more comfy. Sry for so many questions... You're the first I've seen with this seat.

I just purchased a new to me DL 1000 which in addition to every farkle possible, came equipped with a Seat Concepts seat. I purchased the bike 250 miles away, so I had a decent evaluation ride on the way home. I have to say it was the most comfortable seat I have ever ridden on. I have had Sargent and Corbin on various other bikes and enjoyed them both, but this Seat Concepts seat was easily the best for my butt.

It is the carbon with orange stitching.
Seat Concepts installed it.
No additional height.
It is a lot more comfy, stock seat gave me about 60 to 90 min before my ass would go numb. The most I have rode with the Seat Concepts is 3 hours and my ass feels great, could easily go more.
If you ride for more than an hour at a time, this will be the best upgrade for your bike. It was for me.

Took my XR for a ride today with my new Seat Concepts tall seat. Very comfortable compared to the stock seat and doesn't look goofy tall like my old tall Guts seat.
