They are being run at the plastics plant now. Then on a truck from Mich.
Will post up as soon as we get them ready.

After 80K+ miles on my Transalp, the Corbin seat is definitely in need of replacement and yours looks like the best deal. Can your Transalp seat foam/cover be put on a Corbin Transalp pan, or only the OEM pan? Also, can the cover be done in blue or blue/black, or is black the only option?

Thanks
The corbin pan is actually a in mold part, it is permantly bonded to the foam.
So you could recover that one, but our foam will not work on the corbin seat.
The blue we have is a Yamaha blue and it is a gripper type fabric.

It took me much longer than anticipated but I finally pulled the trigger on the SC so wifey can enjoy the Ramapo500 ride in July

I called before placing an order just to make sure we can get it on time and so far I'm super happy with customer service.

Are you guys still offer free shipping for inmates?

Yes we are,
It is noted in the vendor discount sticky thread.
ADVRIDER.COM ( all caps) is the discount code.

Thank You

Hey Guys,

Just wanted to say thanks for setting up my 500 EXC with your standard seat at the Big Bear Dual Sport event last weekend. I love the seat! I thought it wouldn't matter much because I'd be standing for most of the run, but I sure used it more than I thought I would. The seat is awesome.

Thank you!

Seat Concepts discount

Hi,
I have bought a seat from you before and it was great.
This time I'm trying to order the EDS turn signals and an XR400 rack but when I put in ADVRIDER.COM it says "The coupon code cannot be applied to the ordered products."
Am I doing something wrong or does that only apply to seats?

Thanks,
Davy

Super-satisfied with SeatConcepts. Quick replies to emails- shipping was just when they said it would be, even with custom-color order.

Here's a cover I installed on my KLR.

I finally got a chance last weekend to test ride my new seat. KTM 990 Adventure Baja Edition. The upgraded seat my bike came with new was better than previous years from reviews I've seen, but still my butt wasn't happy. Could only ride about 1 to 2 hours max and somewhere in there I'd start to get uncomfortable.

Ordered and installed the 2up tall with carbon sides and gripper top. Install went pretty well. I do wish there was a bit more material along the sides of the seat cover to allow for easier stapling. I also wished for a bit more foam in the point at the lowest part of the seat on each side. I was worried during the install that the cover would not end up laying uniformly flat through all of the contours of the seat foam, but it turned out great.

Road 400 miles last weekend with the wife on back. Let me say that she like it a lot. She said she never felt uncomfortable as a result of the seat during the ride. Me on the other hand, some of the same discomfort I had with the stock seat was manifesting in the new seat. I had to squirm forward and back, squat, stand, etc., to relieve the pain. But was going numb sometimes as well. We stopped about every two hours just so I could stretch a bit.

Is this a break-in issue? Do I just need to give the seat more time? I never thought I'd say this, but I think I might have to get some of those seat beads just so I can endure an appropriate ride.

Some guys like the beaded seat covers...a sheepskin pad is another alternative you might try.

KTM 690 full seat

Have to agree with all the great reviews. Got the new seat on the 690, and an immediate improvement over the stock seat. The stocker was good for about 30 minutes, and long trips were out of the question. Now, still going after an hour and just enjoying the bike.

Excellent service and a great product!

I ordered over the phone and forgot to mention the ADV discount.... but I really do not care, the seat is great and well worth the money!!

Great to see. But...

I'm glad to see many of you are getting good service and product.
I wrote a couple of weeks ago and haven't heard a word.
Is that typical?

Very Pleased with SC

I ordered my 3rd seat from SC last Sunday and the box arrived Friday in time to install the new seat. This is for a 990 and I ordered the tall, 2 up configuration, carbon fabric and orange stitching of course. No prob putting together though one of my daughters assisted with stapling while I tightened the cover - would have been much harder with just two hands.

Looks great and I put a couple hundred miles on Sat and felt good the whole trip. The SC foam is much more dense than stock but doesn't deflect firmer, just more supportive. So far, so good.

I've just ordered my 4th seat from you. Always appreciate the quality of your product with the very reasonable price. If you made one for a ZRX 1100, I'd order one for it, too. But, not enough volume in it for you, I know.
