Let's just say that Mama wasn't happy with my driving on either the Pacific Coast Highway or Hwy. 12....

Worth riding twice, truly an odd stretch of pavement....See we found the same pull out (beats getting run over by an RV)

Jochen , thanks-- come see us

Okay, so reports of the thread's demise may have been premature

The weather (a tepid 38 degrees after a couple rainy days melted last weeks snow) and my schedule (had the day off) conspired to allow a short ride (also warmed up the trans fluid that was due for a change)

A well taken care of cherry orchard up Hwy 89

Ran up Hwy 89/91 to Mantua, took the dirt/mud/ice road to the south of the reservoir (briefly, got ugly)

The reservoir has frozen over, but had some slush on top today

Ice fishing (dumb bastards )-- Not sure what they were yelling my direction

Loving the Endless part! You're making me want to see the parts of Utah I've missed, and that's what I need. You're also making me want a more highway-friendly bike.

Hey thanks. There's really a lot to see/ground to cover, though CO has it's share

Funny, though I love the GS and it's ability, I've been looking about for a "beater" small enduro

Utah is a beautiful and unique place for sure.

I've only been there twice, once to ski and once passing through on a street bike. So there's still plenty of Utah left on the "tourist duties" list.

Great pics, keep 'em coming!

Imagine that BBQ spread (in your thread) after skiing
