Hells Back Bone ya I read The HOLE thread! I am in the Ogden area, though I Only ride my KLR650 DUEL SPORT and the highways I like are all dirt, I think we should go riding, I also love UTAH!

I LOVE the backbone - one crazy stretch of "road"

I just never stopped for pictures (at least not in the digial age )

07 was the last time i was down that way we had done HOLE IN THE ROCK road from escalante one day, HELLS BACK BONE the next, while on hole in the rock road we did some slot canyons that was a ball! need to go back...

Who knows the history of this little gem? Its located off I-15 on the Toquerville exit near St George.

Edit: I found this on flickr. Maybe it was a roller skating rink/dance hall?

They're releasing all they can in anticipation of flooding. Looks to be half full or so at present. Pretty muddy/dark still. The fields around the res are beautiful/green. Lots of little cattle/colts running around.
