Nice ride – and a great burger - that beer at Tarago went down a treat ...

Excellent effort from Fati piloting a cetacean GS around Tally’s finest ...

Apologise for the confronting fluoro summer wardrobe – kept the roos away ...

I've got some excellent video footage of trees - and a track that goes on and on and on - through the trees - then more trees, and the same track - going through the trees - then a well-earned burger ...

Theres some gnarly whoopies to get airborne off in there and with the weight of the 1150 and me something had to give a little. There was also one of the maddest rocky downhills I've done for sometime. Pity I didn't get the snotty bit on vid, but then I thought, bugger that it will be a suprise for the next sucker... hehehe
Cheers

I've got some footage of that bit - but the camera flattens it out a lot - looks a bit like my laneway ...

'fati called in to my place on his way home, said he'd had great time but I have a feeling his 650 might have been more enjoyable
Cheers

Yes, then down Bombay / Old Northern Rd / Gumms / Vernelli to Harrold's Cross ...
It was a seriously good effort ...
Fortunately the Gourock creek was almost dry ...
Nick and I went home via Monga NP – beautiful forest – lots of trails in there to go back for ...

You'll see that it runs basically north-west, up to Old Wheeo Rd - that in turn runs up to the Gunnery-Taylor’s Flat Rd ...

But there may be private property issues / locked gates ...
Can save you a bit of trouble, but go and have a look anyway...............
Fish River Rd has been closed off for years, as has Old wheeo Rd, shame, it used to be a cracker of a ride!
If coming from Reids Flat, take the next turn left after the Fish River Rd ( big sign saying no thru Rd) starts with a C ,goes for about 15 k of dirt and picks up Narrawa Rd
The reason I was given for the closures by a local cocky is too much upkeep required for no return. If you know people you can get the locked gate unlocked, but if everyone starts asking, then it;ll be all over for everyone I suspect! This is 3 or 4 K down Old Wheeo Rd
