Absolutely ...

A good run for a KLR ...

And any other readers also of course - not a hugely exciting ride, but a nice ciruit with a good mix of roads ...

I'll leave from the Gundaroo store at about 7:45 ...

Directions received by PM - will probably go via Long Rail Gully, etc ...
Grave concerns about the whole dancing / underpants thing – will leave the bike running – it all goes downhill once you cross the Barton H’way ...
What ever time suits people, & meeting place [eg Caltex - main drag] etc.,
OK, I'll put pants on to go riding then, jeez - 'fati, you've got them worried about me, I'm just a good old country boy really,
Cheers

Hey what happened to 830 :) ? 745 is fine :)

Do you by chance have a map you can post here.... I've been on some of these roads but not all of them....

Thanks :)

Just have to organise who has responsibility for the kids in the morning and I'll confirm one way or another...

7:45 from Gundaroo will comfortably get us to Baza's place for an 8:30 start ...
Keen to get home by lunchtime ...
Check the route out on the satellite view of Google – from Baza’s place (Yass) we’ll head down Gumms to Long Rail Gully – then right onto Dog Trap – follow that down past M’Bateman and over the big river – merges into Cavan – take that up to Glenrock, which runs across to Mountain Creek – left there and down to Drs Flat – up there to the Wee J road, then right across to Sawyer’s Gully down that to Mountain Creek, then back via Glenrock etc etc etc ...

Ok, I'm in. I'll PM you my mobile no.

See you around 745 at the Gundaroo store... I'll leave Braddon just after 7am, will come Mulligans Flat way, so should be there before 745....

Last week I did an 11 hour day on Saturday... here's hoping this one is a bit shorter :)

Good news - we should get across to Captain Underpants' place by 8:30 no worries ...

Around the loop and back in civilisation (ie this side of the Barton) by lunchtime ...

See you at the shop tomorrow morning ...

Adding Pics

There are instructions somewhere on this site but I couldn't find them with a quick search.

Easiest way is to join an Image Hosting Site like Photobucket, Imageshack or Smug Smug and put your pics there, then just insert the link to the photo on your post here.

Cheers,
Darrell

Gusting up to 60kph here @ moment, watching smoke from Boorowa fire, expecting it to be on outskirts of Boorowa in about two hours,
Too windy to fly over for a cuppa 'fati, besides I've got shorts on, you hosting the Mad Hatters nude tea party or something?????
Cheers

Pleased to see that the Cap’s sense of humour is not running too thin in this hot weather ...

Fati started it Baz – don’t come after me with a bit of pipe ...

Hopefully the prophesied cool change will come through this evening – without too much lightning ...

Nudging 40 in the shade here at present, and that wind is fierce ...

Tomorrow allegedly a mere 27, but the boys at the Bureau are known to be pathological liars ...

Those poor people at Boorowa.

I keep hitting refresh on the weatherzone web page for tuggeranong, and it keeps going up. 39 degrees here at 16:30. Bega dropped 13 degrees in a few minutes earlier as the cool change came through.

I live in hope.

FYI, I'm sitting at home wearing my own underpants, and I'm not dancing either. ABC news does that to you.
