Maybe 31/01, ie this weekend, or 13/14 Apr would be more likely, or both.

Gee, it's a bit quiet around here.

So, what's happening this weekend folks?

Easter I usually stay off all roads as much as possible. I have a list with 17 items on it - all items are unexciting. Sunday - footie. Might have a go putting some carbies in the ultrasonic (a few times). I will be spending a lot of the time dreaming about a new job. The big question is ...will Tony offer me a package.

I seen him on the news in budgie smugglers, not much of a package there.
Cheers

It's still better than nothing Davo. A bird in the date is worth 2 in the hand (or something like that anyway ).

Yeah, I've got some domestic chores too, but I'm gonna escape for at least a day ride sometime this weekend.

Just got back from Adelaide, putting my mum to rest, saw ex-Canberran inmate Bootlace on the plane to Melbourne but didn't have time to stop and chat, sadly, the first flight was 30 mins late and we had to sprint to catch the connecting flight to Canberra (which smelled of vomit, doncha love Quantarse?).

Keep the faith lads, 4 days anything can happen, even a ride Davo.

So Dave what are your plans? We need to organise something special for the Leaf.

Sorry to hear about your mum Godsilla.

I'm going to load as much stuff on my bike as I can and head down to the coast with a mate for the night. Finding a spot not infested with brand new camper trailers will be the challenge.

Did I miss something here? Did you get hurt?

Cheers,

No, sort of.

Hopped off the bike at Majors Ck last Nov and collapsed with knee pain. Usual run around with docs and specialists and imagery, and Christmas.

6th knee surgery for me, so not unfamiliar with the process, and pain, but particularly frustrating because there was no 'incident' that caused it. OK, then suddenly not. Orthopod has no explanation. Just old age and abuse. Tried to be an athlete once, and paying the price. New knees to come, but trying to delay them as long as possible, and then hips too.

I plan to be out Sat on Big Berg for a cruise with SWMBO who wants some practice before Kowen.

Thanks for the condolences. It comes to us all eventually.

Mt Coree? Sounds good, I haven't been there in ages. Pick a day.

I'm keen to finish off the knobbies on my XR at the moment too, but the Mitas StoneCross on the rear just won't die eh.

Hi Silla,

Sorry to hear about the passing of your Mother, it can't be an easy time for you & your family.
Being just up the road, if you want some company during your ride over the weekend (albeit a potentially slow companion) let me know.

I'd be up for a ride on Saturday, if anyone is going. I was going to wander out to Jugiong for lunch via Wee Jasper and Adjungbily by myself but if someone is going for a ride I'd be pleased to tag along.

Couldn't afford a 'GSA', so now it's an 'XSA' "I didn't do it! & whoever said I did, is a liar!"
