Tomorrow’s Ride to Jugiong
Any more takers for tomorrow’s ride to Jugiong ... ?
We’ll meet up in Gundaroo (outside the shop / PO) at about 8:45 for a 9:00am start ...
Head by back roads to Dog Trap, then Cavan / Glenrock / Mountain Ck / Drs Flat to Wee J ...
From there, down to Jugiong for lunch at the Longtrack Pantry ...
Baza will take over after lunch, and lead us by gravel roads back to Yass ...
Weather’s good – should be a nice ride ...
If keen, we’ll see you tomorrow morning in Gundaroo ...

Mate, I wish I lived in the sunny subtropical paradise of Yass, but sadly I'm stuck in the frigid frozen wastes of Canberra, spending my ill-gotten gains on underwear and heating, instead of sunscreen and cocktails like you.

While your pet dog will be scoffing scotch fillet for dinner in the air cinditionong, mine will be tied to my XR to keep some heat in the motor overnight. He's a good dog, really.

Shit if I had a dog he certainly wouldn't be eating scrotch fillet!!!
Air-conditioning, in such a environmental friendly house such as this!!!, not a chance

The slower they go the easier it is to overtake. I've done Y to C in about 19mins, and that was cruising, I've been overtaken by others whilst I was cruising . I'm not sure what this fascination is with postie bikes, seem to be the flavour of the month.

.....in the overtaking lane, usually. An Australian affliction, and an ACT epidemic. Europeans are usually gobsmacked at the way slow drivers clog the overtaking lanes here. Even the morons in Europe will move over pronto.

Canberryans need to be in the right lane 50klms before turning right so they don't miss the turn. They drive slowly looking for the right turn.

Cheers
