Baza - you can borrow my GoPro if you just want something to play with ...

I've got a chest harness that works OK when you're up on the pegs, and otherwise takes excellent uninterrupted footage of your speedo ...

[Important note: there was no 's' on the end of speedo]

I might even have a spare adhesive helmet mount ...

Anyway, give us a yell if you want to take it for a bit and try it out ...

I just might take you up on that offer Sam,
had a look at prices - $250+ still, might look in flea market sites & pick up a secondhand one,
PM me your likely days when you're around & we'll work something out with a meet-up in Gundaroo or Gunning, whatever suits you
Cheers

Ride this Thursday (8th)

There'll be a half-day ride this Thursday if anyone is interested ...

We're meeting at the Gundaroo shop a bit before 10:00am ...

We'll head to Boorowa for lunch (+/- fuel), travelling by way of the Bevendale back roads and some of the gravel north of Rye Park ...

Home via Harry's Creek, Tangmangaroo and others ...

The track's been watered, and the forecast is rosy ...

Suitable all bikes ...

Sounds good - that will be our schedule - we'll eat at the Bakery - could have done without the additional sprinkle overnight, so we may be a bit slower getting there ...

And no worries Fati - hope the gout resolves itself soon ...

Ride This Weekend?

A few of us are heading off to the 2013 TK Ride on Sat 10th. Our first scheduled overnights are at the Hampton Pub, Sat, and Warners Bay Sun.

For a few reasons, ie a couple have had to pull out late, we have a spare bed at those places. Anyone interested in a ride up to Hampton Sat, and then find your own way home Sun, or travel on to WB and on your own home Mon? Or?

Nothing too hard planned, but travelling without camping gear. Range FT, Kowmung, Jenolan, 6' Track etc planned Sat.

If anyone is looking for a day or two of gravel roads and fire trails, and an evening in a nice pub, this ride with BergDonk and Friends would be a cracker ...

I had hoped to take part for the first two days, but can't get away ...

But we did have a good ride today - roads a bit softer than they can be, with generally good traction - very pretty country - nice pie ...

Was good to get out for a ride, even it was only from Boorowa back to Yass,
'Kenny' behaved for his first outing in awhile, all good apart from that fluo pink ute trying to do a three-pointer on Laverstock, dunno who shit more - me or him, he had eyes like a possum on acid when I rounded the corner!
Cheers
