Thanks Brown Dog.

ADVTuga, the Super Enduro fender looks great on the R. Thanks for the vid too.

I'm using the Dual Star mirrors, which are ok. Kinda have to shuffle side-to-side to get a good view.

I'd like to try the Double Take Mirrors from Neduro.
You may want to replace those OEM rear turn signals before the exhaust melts them. I ended up buying the LEDs turn signals from www.sicassracing.com. I learned the hard way when my left one melted!!

I am running stock signals with an FMF pipe. No melting... But I do have a small piece of aluminum reflective tape on the bottom of the left rear signal.

Maybe the tape is all it took from melting. I installed the LV exhaust and within 200 miles (one trip) my left turn signal was melted to the stub. Not somthing I wanted to buy at time, but had no choice.

Racer XS,

I don't know if you have ridden Nelson trails before but if you haven't "pm" me and I will give you some tips/ideas. I have been riding the trails around Nelson for about 10 years now and really like them.

Let me know if I can help.

Chris D,

If you go to the KTM Euro turn signals for the 690 you will find that they are, first of all, stronger and more flexible, and secondly the rear left signal clears the exhaust without any modification, i.e., nothing melts. I have them front and rear on my bike. See the photo gallery I posted above. I believe that you can buy just the rear signals.

Hope this helps.

Thanks Nippy,

I ended up buying Sicass Racings flush mount LED turn signals. So far so good!!
