Bug-Sister... Come out and play. Dakez hits Spokane Friday.

Friday 10-01-10

Join me for an evening of Blues/Rock at the Viking bar with Steve Livingston & Triple-Shot.

This is my last hurrah before heading back to the Wet-side. (be warned, Summer will be officially over as my good weather mojo is dwindling)

Sorry, I almost forgot.

I like it

Viking Tavern is only a couple blocks from where I work. Let's see I get off work at 1:30 pm, I can go over and start early. OK maybe not.

The Viking Tavern used to be Ahab's Whale - I have a lot of good memories of spending fun times there listening to Ron Lloyd play. He has wild crazy eyes, a happy smile, and his music even inspired me to dance - a very rare sight.

You might be familiar with Ron Lloyd he played Montana a lot and he still might. I went to the Half Way House at Bull Lake, MT to see him a few times. It was always a good biker party. Ahhhhhhhhhh those younger days, what happened to that person? Thanks for the trip down memory lane.

It will be fun to go there and see your friend play. I'll even stay up past my bedtime just for you.

Transportation arrangements have been made to get your backside to the Viking and maybe even back to CdA with a sober driver. You don't think you're going to get out of going out with us do you? I might get drunk and need someone to dance with - I have a sober driver too.

OK, where's everyone else?

I'm planning on being out of town that weekend, I hear a couple of Noobs are going to be playing in whoops down in the Bend area so I'm going to go watch.

I'll bet there's someone else around though that can throw together a meet up one evening.

PNW Buttercup, you going to be around that weekend?

You'll need to explain said arrangements to me....btw..I can be picked up in Rathdrum from work at 4:00pm.

DAKEZ....I currently am not driving due to a little medical issue.....so making the 40 or so minute drive is harder to make normally....prior to my medical issue I have just been too lazy to go there.

It was a lot easier when I lived 5 minutes from the place.
