Headlight Guard....

I mentioned to a friend of mine that I wanted to buy a headlight guard, so he sat me down in his garage, gave me a beer, and promptly made me one from Lexan and stainless :)

Neat job. Touratech would retail for $350, if not more!

Since you had it off, don't forget to re-apply the blue thread locker to the two machine screws that hold the headlight unit. It's a PITA to strap/bungie/duct tape/stow it until you get to a hardware/ironmongers store, especially at night. BTDT, twice. And your new bracket's vibration will make it all more likely the screws will work loose sooner, especially the left one.
