That is slick. Good work.

FYI, I'll be by to pick them up for JVB tomorrow. No need to tell him, it'll be a surprise. . ..

Locks

Now you are talking! I have 20mm ammo cans on my bike with the lids secured virtually identical to these. The tradtional loose lids with padlocks always seemed like a hassle. I don't want to worry about dropping a padlock or my pannier lid while I am scrambling to get my raingear on along side the highway...

Nice job.

Totally jealous of your shop and your level of talent.

Footman loops or no?

If yes, on top or on bevel?

I think no for now. I want to see how the bags line up, and if there are alternate mounting points on the mounting frame. I can always add them later!

Looking very nice Kirk, you should be proud of your work!

Jim

Fenner has a new video up.

And he showed this sale flyer. Don't look. And don't look at their "Big Book" if you want to keep your marriage intact! There are so many things I don't need - but I want.

Just picked up a 20' extension cord with illuminated ends for $69.99 at Menard's home improvement store.

They are a new player in the Columbus market. Their selection is amazing. I have to imagine they know what their inventory turns are so they only sell stuff that sell, but I have found a couple things there that Home Depot and Lowe's would never stock, like this cord - and milk and bread and cereal.
