The Dick Clam Baja 1700

One of our riders just put together a great ride report from our trip down to Baja the week before last. Please read with a sense of humor and be sure and page back to 1 and then scroll to top to begin. Lots of great pics and detailed descriptions. Enjoy. Loved the RR. Thanks for sharing.
You guys really got into the meat of the Baja. You never mentioned what happened to your foot. Was it a break or sprain?

Awesome RR. I'm jealous! I need to get out there soon with my 690 - Just a matter of making time. Did you guys encounter any mechanical issues with the 690's?

The 690's ran flawlessly. I guess the only problem I could have run into was that my standard headlight stopped working. Considering in all reality the stock headlight never really worked to begin with, it didn't really slow me down. I have a set of trailtechs HID's mounted up (SCMR16's) and these things really turned night into day.

nice RR. Last November I broke down just outside of Bahia of LA. Your RR is getting me excited to go again.
