Great ride report, man... Those pics were great. I love the mountain west and went to college in Missoula, so I definitely understand the allure... I look forward to seeing you at the next nova meetup to hear about the parts that didn't make it in. :}

Just got through you report. Great work HBN!

Brings back memories from a couple Colorado trips I've taken...

Bravo!

Thanks for sharing Mike -- well done. Ahhh yes, Moose Drool beer! A decade ago on a trip (when I used to fly) and in Billings on layover, I vividly recall my co-pilot ordered a Moose Drool with dinner, the oriental waiter in his broken English "one moose for you?" and Ian in his British accent quickly replied "just the drool sir, just the drool". Oh well, you had to be there.

Any chance you could post [route] or I could get a copy of your most xclent route?

Thanks,
Paul

Funny!

As for the route, I will have to wait till I have a computer from which to post (using droid). I started putting a revised route together but using Google Maps is SO SLOW. It took me forever to load the reroited areas and nd really a PITA. I will see what I can do...

Don't mean to ask to trouble you. I'm planning a trip of my own. Garmin files would be nice if you had them. Perhaps over dinner in the near future.

Great HBN ... Cool that you met Darth Peach! those photos of her in her gear(and out) set up a powerful tingling in my uh... area.. I've been lurking her thread for years. I always thought you and she were similar in your prolific photographic prowess and the love of a good flower shot.

Thanks for taking me along on your trip!

ps...I can't believe you got pulled for going 5mph over the limit for a scoot.... one bored leo!!

Great trip Mike, beautiful pictures. I wish I had just a little of your artistic and tech ability.
