Hammock camping in Nov

Though I was warm at LF at 30F so I suppose it won't be too bad. I think I will take my tent though...

I've camped down to 20 in a hammock. Heavy thermarest and a 0 degree bag made it work. Since a hammock has proven best for my bad back, I am seriously looking at the hammock cocoon mentioned in the Laurel Fork thread

Sorry all, We have come to the realization that November mountain camp outs are not conducive to carefree out of doors habitation for the masses. We will try again next year at an earlier date and when we can get our "shit" together.

No worries, Loftus. I had a family comitment scheduled for that weekend (that I've been trying like hell to get out of! ), so I wasn't sure if I was even going to make it.
