They sell chain and 520 is a size of chain.

Poop spreaders and other such farm things use chain...

Not much need for o-ring on the ice.

Got the tire mounted in about 5 minutes but it won't fit with the stock chain. Gotta move it back an inch or so.
Yeah, I think I have both chains from the 450 in the garage.

Interesting he'll give you a metric shit ton of grief for buying a low end Autozone alternator, but he goes and buys motorcycle chain from Fleet Farm.

i figured implement chain would be categorized as 50, 60, 80 etc not 530.
Chains from your 450 are probably bout the same length as the GG. I'm gonna run out to FF. not exactly a high horsepower application here

Be nice if they'd have the damn wedge for my splitter back in stock

Don't worry. you have time. Friend of mine near Hayward only has 6 inches of ice, and it's bumpy.

If by some miracle, I get the bike prepped and running this winter you are all welcome to tag-team it. I think that is even the idea for the January steel shoe event. Not like you can hurt a bike that cost less than a set of wheels.

I said OK for what it is used for.....

Would not run it in the dirt...
But with my 68 Triumph and an auto oilier it was great! Old school chain for an old school app

At the very least I'll come out to drink and drive my car on the ice like an ass

Just think how awesome those tires will be should we eve get a frozen lake.

Long range forecast isn't looking good for New Years either. Might as well hit up the Madison Motorcycle Club new years day ride.
