Very nice birthday present. I do believe the wife is a keeper.

Nice bike. Time to start talking a lot about aftermarket exhausts.

My old man has a Bmw adv, so I had to show them what they are missing out on. Plus the fact the a few sales people even had to look out the window to boot

That was an amazing video. Must have taken months to compile all that footage. Thanks!

The road conditions looked really bad to me. Do many of you ride in these conditions? I have some experience with snotty mud and know enough to know the trip featured in the video would be exhausting. Looked like a total blast though.

I spotted a 990 in the wild today! It was going around the court square in Camden, TN. First time I've seen one of those around these parts. Mostly just KLRs and a vstrom on occasion. If lucky a BMW will cruise by. If it was you, shoot me a PM. I think it was way cool.

Geargios and VT GSD

Georgios it is perfectly normal to park in the hotel. In fact I stayed at a small hostel in Czech for 8 Euros on my way to the 09 Brno Moto GP. The owner insisted on me parking my bike in the lobby. Granted I was probably the only guest that night. During the GP there were registration checkpoints around the city.

VT GSD,
I read your post to my wife as she is a lot like your wife. She completely agreed.

Alex, I see they forgot your high-end rear sprocket as well, KTMs web advertises the bike with their aluminum/steel sprocket as stock, mine had the same sprocket you have so my salesman is supposed to be contacting the company to get the better unit.

Added the larger pegs and putting on the black dog skid plate. Now I am ready to put some miles on it.
