3) the parking lot was in full view of the adjacent two lane highway
4) there were some locals hanging about after dark nearby

I put all these together and decided I'd rather be safe than sorry, so I wheeled her in for the night. I've had two bikes stolen in the past, and I'm NOT up for a third.

You know when a dude from Oakland says this it's legit. That being said, you should know better than to plan ADV'S in Richmond! hahaha

Thanks.

20 sec I think. No flash, no tripod. Just a piece of rock to set the camera on and a headlamp to paint the light on to the bikes.

In speaking to the guys that did the coating, they said that wrapping the headers is intended to achieve the same result however is less effective... I also think the silver treatment is a great way to insulate as well as add some bling... AND easier to clean than that fabric wrap. As for me, I wanted maximum insulation so I had them done in black but then had the heat shield done in silver just to make it shiny

Sorry for running out of gas!
My arm still is sore from getting towed for 5 minutes holding to the back of lica's bike.

I thought the best part of that was when you traded bikes with Lica and left him your out-of-gas machine.......nice move!!

Somebody getting towed, or sneaking up behind him for a reach-around?

Sandon is one of my Favourite stops through the West Kootenays. The road up to Idaho Peak is a must hit also. I remember those Buses running around Vancouver when i was a little Kid. Not sure how they ended up in Sandon?
Also not sure if you noticed, that row of Buses, on the far left in the lineup, one of them actually has Wooden Doors on it ? Very Cool !
