Living in So. Cal. not so bad...

Rode down to check out the surf... Too much wind and not enough swell. So I grabbed some breakfast at the local bar and daydreamed about riding to Baja...

Baja will be next month.

The 950 is safe and sound in the garage. Have been busy with other projects.. riding the 500xcw a bit and mountain biking a bunch this past year (as well as working on my Sprinter build).

Next big ride for the 950 is scheduled this spring...

Another random pic from last summer:

...and a YetiSB95c pic from the summer

Drove from Chicago to Jacksonville Florida to pickup my new left over Baja last week, I got a good deal on it and it was just nice to get out of the snow for a few days.

I live in Champaign, IL. I was just in that shop a few weeks back. I bet I sat on your 990. Small world isn't it?

Gorgeous bike.

A good deal indeed, 2600.00 off MSRP.

Took my wifey and dogs with (no kids), turned it into a little vacation, I'm 52 and no way I would ride a bike 1100 miles in freezing temps all the way back to Chicago, I was just fine behind the wheel of my truck, we had fun despite the cool weather.

It's gonna be a little while yet, there's still a foot of snow on the ground here in upper midwest, all I can do is stare at it for now.
