Way too long a video. But, at least no annoyingly loud music-type noise crap.
It's not my fault if you waste part of a day watching this. But, then I'm in a little cloth covered cube so pretty much anything this side of clowns juggling kittens is watchable.

That's what I do too. Front tires are expensive. 1-4 gears help keep wear down. Haha.

I'm sorry to say that my Orange Coolaid addiction (at least the 990) is over, it's just too big for what I want to do. It's for sale over in the flea market

Will look at orange singles though :)

I know how you feel. I sold my 990 2 years ago and picked up a 625SXC which I am head over heels in love with. Yet not a day goes by that I don't miss my 990. I will be getting another one as soon as I can afford it. Think twice before you watch someone else ride your big twin away! Worst. Feeling. Ever.

In this case was just twisting the throttle, because there was kind of a small ramp

But normally, twisting the throttle a little hard on first gear does the trick.
In second gear give a small pull on the clutch lever (to control better) and up up and away

But if you have a rear 45 sprocket, you will be saving a lot of front tire very easily
