This is painful to look at.
Makes me want to quit and go back out to the parking lot, climb up on that 990 and ride away.

more please?

Piemonte 2014...

...with a little escape in France. But back in Italy only for the food and the wine.

Col de la Bonette...

Strada dell'Assietta near Sestriere....

And a little nap at the top of Col du Petit St-Bernard on the way back home...

Hi Tezza,

Thanks for the comment. The Karoo 3 are great. An honourable grip on the road and very good on gravel road (I didn't do the latter that much because I was riding with Folks who have road bikes... Kinda frustrating, but that was the deal for the weekend).
The worst point is IMHO that they wear out like snow melting under the sun. Mine have now something like 3000 km. and the rear tire is nearly finished. I'm wondering if I won't put back the K60 Scout in a few weeks. We'll see.

Cheers.

Ah, excellent.
Hear that silence?
My lack of productivity.

Might need to save this for later.

Went for a little ride off on some trails near my house. First time really taking it off-road! Loved every minute of it!

The Magadans are the Schizzle!

I had Wolfman make me some straps with a d ring on the ends and fasttec buckles in the middle. I put them horizontally around the bags. They hold the bags very securely, no flopping, and are easy to put on and take off the bike.

In this picture you can kinda see the strap coming around and the fasttec buckle in the middle. They go through slots behind the pockets, a very good idea!
