Uh, I thought I was observing minimalism!! Uh, I guess it's in the eyes of the beholder. Chair @ 6 lbs, table @ 8 lbs, Screen porch 10'X10' @ 14 lbs. Oh yes ammo for the SGs. Can't trim it any lower. Can I?

By the way MrJemm, what a great looking Silver Bike. I like the way you have your driving? or Fog? lights (Scotland, correct, on the coast). Ya, hit any sheep yet?

LOL@Greyghost...

And thanks, I like how it's coming on right now. The lights aren't actually wired up yet, I just fitted them (only really cheap and nasty jobs anyway), I must get to the electrical shop to get the bits I need, but I fitted my new Wings today. Yahey! Too bad the bike was playing up on the way home from my nightshift this AM and I've had to leave it at the dealer's again. Dirty fuel?

Cool one Blue, whereabouts you going to be?

I'm guessing you were in the Navy? My office is in Dunoon although I travel all over Argyll - great roads for the 950!

Glad to hear you're making it up to Applecross - make sure you take the single track road over the pass (highest in the UK) rather than the coast road, although that's great too!
I shall be involved in much drunkenness this weekend (Brother's birthday!) otherwise I'd probably head up there as well.
Have fun!
Anyone heading to Applecross the last weekend in May (Bank holiday)?

Depending on weather and stuff, I may be heading westwards between sun and tues to give the screen and Wings a good test and get some more long run practice (as good an excuse as any... ). Got to Wester Ross the other day, and it was lovely, but the weather was crap and I had an unenthusiastic pillion, so didn't get to really enjoy it. Hope to return sometime.

Must get the pipe pics up...

Travelling up from Newcastle on Friday afternoon taking in the A68 then the A7 and Loch lomond plus a few more if time permits, if anyone is up there we could arrange a few beers or something

Here ya go...

Mine's the worthy one in the middle, none of that Bee Gees fan club stuff. And I wonder if I'll get in trouble for mounting the Wings badges inside.

Yes! I loved my time off over there. I was attached to a submarine and not the support unit so I was only there 2 1/2 months out of the year. Best time was when we went into Faslane at the Brit base. They were great guys. I wish I was traveling on a 950 over there, what a trip.
