Gorgeous! Would you have the P/Ns for the high fender conversion?
I got the part numbers from a previous thread, but I think some of them had changed... I seem to recall having to change one of them, so these are the numbers I used:

Brake Hose front 60013012100
Front Fender Short Black 5030801020030
Brake Hose Guide 59008019000
4 x HH COllar Screw M 6x29 0014060203
4 x Spacker Bushing 50208020000
Fork Protector L/s, R/s 85SX 4700109400030
Brake Hose Guide Front 60013025000
Rubber for Brake Hose Guide 60013025050

And there they are, I used everything, there a couple bolts left over, but they came from the old fender. Someone had posted that you do not need all the screws from this list.. and I found I did, as the original ones are not long enough as you need the extra length for the 2nd brake hose guide.

Again, I'm not taking credit for this list, I got it here (I just can't find the link right now).

Very nice looking bike. I see that you have the black seat on it. Did you get it with the black seat or have it swapped out? I replaced my stock orange seat a couple of weeks after I got the bike. I like the black seat more than the orange (plus the orange got really dirty really fast).

Besides.. the blue bikes are the fastestestttt bikes ever!

Take it on the dirt, it might get stuff on it !!!!!!!!

Seriously though I hope to get some red dirt on her over easter, still getting used to the weight so might build some confidence on some formed roads first.

I got the black seat when I bought it, have the original also. I definately prefer the black. I'm 186cm (6ft+) and it lets me stand flat footed so thats cool.

David,

Any chance you might return one of my many calls or e mails regarding the title?

I haven't seen this mentioned among the changes, but I'd swear that the front fender is different. It looks higher off the tire to me. Can anyone confirm this? If so, it might be just the ticket for those of us who want to keep the low fender, but still worry about mud and such.

Anyone? ...Bueller???

Yep, KTM mentioned the higher front mudguard in some of the 990 promo material. 2 brake lines instead fo the crossover line in the mudguard IIRC.

Quack quack!

Having seen the new mud guard in the flesh I was not that impressed.

It looks like a Duck's Beak from the top and too far off the tyre! (OK! TIRE!)

As others have said, the front fender is off the tyre a bit more than the 950 and the brake lines are also routed differently. Hope the picture makes some sort of sense.
Cheers
Mark
