The Famous Green Welly stop. I shall be passing there next week on the 950, for a few days in Scotland.

I am off work this week but will be back on Monday otherwise I would suggest a meet somewhere. The Green Welly is a popular Sunday run for us being about 1 hour away on the A85. We usually go through Glencoe, down to Oban then back the Green Welly for coffee before heading back to Perth.

If you are the area on Sunday's watch out for the Police. They are targetting the road and are using unmarked bikes, Green and Burgandy Pan Europeans, mobile speed cameras and helicopters in the Glen to catch spedin motorcycles. They are also doing roadside checks for loud cans, small number plates and dark visors. If you are caught with any of these they are issuing on the spot fixed penalties. The day I took the photograph I was stopped at 4 of these checks between Perth and the Green Welly a distance of about 65 miles. It is called Operation Rossi.

Don't let this put you off coming as the roads are amazing even if the weather sometimes is not. Enjoy

Take a bit more than that to stop me coming. Love Scotland, even when it's raining !! Roads are truly awesome.

Your wife sounds great, you disappear for a 4 day weekend (back on Monday) she takes two days to talk to you (Tuesday, Wednesday in peace) she talks to you on Thursday and you're gone again on Friday Sounds like you have the ideal woman

Hello from Latvia!

Hi Piipz! I'm a neighbour from Latvia (but British). I also ride an orange KTM 950. Enjoy the great weather!
