It is possible! But they have to be new/unused to seal them

My point was that I would have picked the TT setup at the time, but not with an additional $400 mark up. I might as well pick one up while visiting family in Europe and get the vat back when I leave the country.

TT is incredibly expensive. That light setup surely is nice as shown above. Thanks for posting the pix above.
Holy sh.. What have I done with just one pic
Today I made some pics and videos to compare high and low beam with TT headlight.
Will upload everything tomorrow

Caribou Colorado.

Caribou is a ghost town around 10,000 feet. In 1869 Silver was found in the area and the Caribou Silver mine was established.

At its peak about 400 people lived here. $8 million in silver came out of the mine before it closed in 1884.

By 1900 the town was down to 44 people. The last resident died in 1944.

This is what remains:

The town site is right at tree line. Some hardcore individual has a residence here... a bit of heaven for sure.. but a reeeeallllly long winter.

Ok... it's a deal. Just give a brother a bit more notice next time.

I assume that Caribou, the ghost town, is sort of near Caribou Ranch open space and in the area of the old, world-famous Caribou Ranch recording studio?

I think they chopper their bikes in and ridem' around a bit for "photo shoots" and chopper them back out before the sun drops for beers at the nearest pub.

Every year I host/put together an all night ride called the Jekyll & Hyde ride.

Some old ride reports from 2008, 2010 & such:
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showt...ht=jekyll+hyde
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=354782
http://www.advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=583334

This ride begins @ 4pm in Nederland Colorado and we ride over the peak you see in the distance (picture below); up and over 12,000 feet (if you look really closely, top left above tree line, you can see the white line of the currently snowed-in trail we ride).

This is the Jekyll.

Then we have pizza @ Beau Jo's pizza waiting for it to get dark.

We then ride back over this peak in the dark. This is the Hyde.

Always a blast.. we've had over 50 riders attend the event

Kingston Peak and James Peak this afternoon:

James peak up close & personal - last August 27th during the Jekyll & Hyde ride (this section is a watermellon filled 29% grade climb)
If you compare this image to the one above you get an idea of what we ride over.

August 27, 2011:

...and here is the view from the top of that climb... left side 1/2 way up you can see a small jeep - that's where my bike is in the above photo.

If you count the ridges on the right side of the photo you can almost see where I took today's photo.

August 27, 2011:

Have I mentioned how much I love living in Colorado?
