Still undecided, I hate doing Tires! Thinking about just ordering New ones from Got Gear, so they can mount and balance them.

I am not, repeat NOT, hauling your bike to Jackson. You could leave the keys out for me this weekend though...

The wife and I will be riding Saturday. No dirt two up on the 'strom, wife's orders, and I'm happy to comply . So if anybody else is up for a short (less than 200mi) street ride over into Alabama, we'd welcome the company. Probably leaving around noon and will return to Columbus for a 6:15 kickoff vs. bama.

I'll probably just order some shinko 244's and change em myself. I don't want to pay carl to do that either haha!

I am thinking about the Shinko 700 Series. Motorcycle -Superstore has them, front and rear, $95.98 total shipped.
Or maybe the Shinko 705 Series, total shipped for $115.98
Anyone Run Shinko before?

Yesterday
I got the Jetting, right on the BRP. I hate jetting!
Airbox Snorkel removed.
Spark arrester/Baffle removed from exhaust.
Idle corrected, set up as directed by Honda Service manual, now it starts easy. Idles smooth, and Drinks Gas! This is no 250!
Replaced Huge rear taillight, with Maier taillight. Also, removed unsightly rear rack.
Still waiting on the Vance&Hines XCR exhaust, it has been shipped.
Still have got to order the Dirtbagz brackets.
Also, rode the BRP about 60 miles. In traffic, interstate around town, errands, until I hit Reserve. Then I just headed home to pull the spark plug and check.
Plug was clean, and starting to have a Golden color to the porcelain center.
May have to Richen it up a bit after installing the Vance&Hines pipe. Hopefully the baffle removed will simulate, what the pipe does, and no jetting will be required.
She is presentable and rideable now!

Hey eeore, we need pics of the bike! I always hated that rack and tail light, but never told Wolfy, just nodded my head and smiled.

60mi to reserve sounds like a pretty substantial drop. I remember Wolfy getting around 85 before reserve. He may correct me on this.

I failed to say, I started out at a little better than Half a tank.
I forgt to get the pictures, yesterday. I will soon, and post them here.

Stock jets were 52/150
I installed 55/158. Had to be done with the airbox mod, and Uni filter, and aftermarket exhaust.
