Dan, please disregard my question on if the $60.00 is for one side or both.....I just saw that it's for one side only......sorry I missed that. Still a very good deal compared to new TB's from BMW grrrrrrr!!

My right side is really noisy and the left is about half way to the rattle of the right so I'm in need of both sides.....2004 R1150 GS.

As I am a snowbird, would it be cheaper and/or less time to ship to my Tucson, Arizona, address or my address in British Columbia, Canada?

Thanks Dan.

Casey
Yes, it's 60$ for one side, 110$ for both sides. Shipping varies ~ 19$, for almost every country in the world.

It's the same price since I have started making these.

It's nice to know that so many customers are happy with the parts I make :)

Thanks,

Dan,
Finally got the kit. NOT your fault...USPS in NY screwed us. Can't wait to tear the old girl apart in the morning. Found your instructions above so disregard email.

Read read read

As I muddle through my usual sillyness of not paying attention to detail, I realize if I hadn't been so damn lazy and had read the ENTIRE thread from 1st to last post, I would have saved myself a lot of hand wringing. No, I'm not even done yet, but READ the entire thread before sending Dan frantic emails.

I think he sits at his computer, smiling, waiting for you to figure it out before finally responding. Amazing product. I had success using the ziptie to get the bushings out. Short bushing req'd 10 seconds of heat...out!

I'm sure I'll end up doing the R/H side after this but it's winter in AK....not much else happening.

All is well.
J

Did we talk about this over email? Can you please send me an email in case I did not already sent you the parts? Again, I am getting no notifications...

Besides punching the M3 screws, I found out that it is enough (and not that risky) to just press the remaining threads using some pliers. Since the M3 screws have such thin threads, the pliers will do the job as well. I found out that punching the threaded end can easily result in deterioration of the shaft/bushings/TB, in case you are not doing it right.

Thanks,
Dan.

- R1100GS 1995

Shipping to Québec, Canada, G3N 1R2

Thanks!

Not dead at all. Just that I took most of the orders via email, from the webstore.

I will drop you a private message with the details.

Thanks,
Dan.

Can you drop me a private message in the meantime? Until I get the webstore sorted?

Thanks,
