Is there anyone that would like to join us?

This is very tempting but already have non motorcycle plans

About that I forgot that my son has an event tomorrow so I'm not gonna be able to make it.

Bulldog Canyon is pretty diverse so if we see that we're pushing the limit too much we can opt for the easy stuff. We're thinking kickstands up at 7am at the Quick Trip on Ellsworth and University.

Do you plastic weld?

It's a pretty nasty crack which I had already repaired previously.
It's on both sides now.

Yeah, for something that big, I'd bring it into the plastic welder, especially being that close to the mounting points. I've never seen a failure quite that extensive before. Are the mounting points on the bike where they belong? It looks like they may be tweaked out of position and placing stress on the tank.

I'd be in for that, but just for the drinking portion of the class...just kidding... good idea SB.

Tire changing class

I have had the unfortunate pleasure of changing many a tire and would be happy to put on a class on it if I can match up with your schedule.... I will even do it the American way so there is no confussion...

Sure, that sounds good. The road out there looks easy enough, I should be able to find it

Pls do a r/r if you don't mind. I have taken the VFR by this area many times enroute to Tortilla Flats and was curious about the trail system and such in the Bulldog Canyon area. Isn't there a permit needed (other than OHV) to ride in this area?

That would be awesome, Drew! I'm thinking that if you make the date and time, folks will make it fit with their schedule. So, you call it.

It'd be great to see you again, Steve!

Many times trail side we don't have hammers, so we improvise with a BFR
