Silly SFPD... DRs are for dual sporting, not patrolling Chinatown

Could you imagine getting pulled over by one of these on the trail somewhere

I ride a DRZ that might be able to keep up with you.

I hadn't noticed just how crowded it was out there on our ride until I started editing the vids I took.

BTW, Big wheelie from AZRedline exactly at one minute. I even slowed it down to capture its beauty.

Cool video. For it being so crowded out there, you guys still seem to be going around the insides of lots of corners. I learned my lesson on that one a long time ago. I was young and stupid and flying up the road just trying to pick the straightest line when another motorcycle popped up and we were both in the middle. Sheared off the whole left side of my bike and knocked me out. The other bike I hit... was my dad.

While I agree that we do take a lot of inside corners I'll add that I only do so when they are not blind. Most video footage is very deceptive. For instance, what may look like a blind corner may actually be quite visible because of the change in topography. You can usually spot someone coming a mile away with the dust that is kicked up too. There are a lot little things that you pick up on when trail riding that let you know what lines to take. I know I'm preaching to the choir but the video makes it look a lot more dangerous than the riding was.

Of course the safest thing to do is simply stay to your right.

But then again, even safer is watching TV.
