I think I will install my new chain and sprockets after Desert Daze, but I am down to ride BC on Saturday.

I'm still up for it. I don't really need to do anything on mine but since I'm new here I'd like to introduce myself and I'd be happy to help out.

ya sure? Like I said, Ricardo is squared away already so if JayHawk is not going to be wrenching and Bill isn't coming then all we would have to do is your chain. Should be quick (after all the shit talking) then we can hit up BC.

That sounds good. I will bring my bike with the chain and sprockets tomorrow. What time do you want to meet?

I usually get up around 7ish. out of respect to my neighbors though I wouldn't want to start throwing tools around any time before 9.
I can make coffee and breakfast from 8 to 9 for all those that will be attending though.

If y'all end up going to bulldog canyon, holler I don't recall that I've got anything else to do this weekend.

I've got to be back home early so depending on what time we wrap up with Aaron's chain I'll decide if I should head for a quick ride through bulldog or not. But i'm sure Aaron and Jay are up for it anyway.

Fork seals

I just bought a beat up v-strom 1000 and blew the seals during transportation. I was wondering if anyone could show me how to replace the fork seals? I can bring just the forks over if that helps. I take my bikes to zen moto but I am located in chandler so it's a little bit of a commute.

Or I can probably help you out with it sometime. I'm also in Chandler. I haven't done V-strom forks, but they can't be any more complicated than KTM forks.

Does the Vstrom have regular telescopic forks? Fork seals are pretty simple. But not simple enough for it to be a 123 job for today's tech day

pm sent.
