Is it creased or just a dent?

It's creased a little but not too bad.

Have you tried a suction cup and compressed air?

Fill it with water and stick it in the freezer. Works on my exhaust pipes.

Thanks

All,

Thanks for the tips on the dent. I now know some things to try if I can just get around to doing them. Hell, this repair might just wait until the garage is not 110!!!!

Ride for 7/7

All,

I am going to ride up 4 Peaks and take A Cross road behind Roosevelt lake then take the Apach Trail back to town. If anyone would like to go we could meet at the 87 turnoff at say 7:00AM In the mean time everyone have a great July 4'th.

I'd double check 4 Peaks, I believe it's closed.

Plan B

OK,

Here is the new plan. Take Apache Trail to Roosevelt Lake then either take A Cross road around the lake or head back via Globe. Just a nice easy Saturday ride.

If anyone is intrested we can pick a meeting place that's on the way.

if you're going to wait that long might as well save your pennies and buy an IMS or Clarke.

Not a bad idea

You know, If I keep trying to ride single track I think a IMS tank would be a great idea.

It's too damn hot now but I am still looking for good single track routes that are easy to learn on. I know a lot of forest and jeep roads but no easy ( I mean easy) single tracks.
