Oregon rocks
REading this and seeing your pics reminds me how much i LOVE Oregon. Lived in P-town for four years but the rain and dark was too much for me. Maybe if I had a motorcycle then I would have been happier...
good for you getting out so much

Great Pictures!!
Thanks for posting. You're thread has given us several new ideas for rides around the hood. I think we passed you Friday on Old Dalles Road as we were heading back to HR from Mosier. Old (C70) and new (CRf230) Honda's.

So here it goes, first attempt at video! This was taken coming up out of the Deschutes river on the old Freebridge Rd.

It loaded at this end and it all looks good to go. Am I missing something? Like I said, first time and the learning curve is driving me nuts. Where are my teenagers when I need them?

Good thing there's no fish to catch down at the bottom of Freebridge Road...been down there more times than I can count.
That road sure looks a lot more comfortable on a bike than it does in an F250. Gets a wee bit narrow in spots, especially when someone's headed the other way. Rule of thumb is to evacuate when it starts to sprinkle or you may spend a few days in the canyon. That road gets greasy when wet. Now I just need to figure out the best way to strap a spey rod to a wr250r. Thanks for the video! |

NICE !! Excellent Vid, Craig ! Music was cool, too. There's been a little rain erosion since I was there last, twice. It was so fun, I had to go back two days later! That sure was fun to relive again while sitting at my desk, not working, like I oughta be. EDIT: Watched that three times, biggest smile I've had all day ! ----Put a link to it on my Desktop so I can watch it anytime I need to escape for a moment. Fugging Sweet.
