Damn it looks cool!
I will mod mine to 3 pieces if i have to cut to much off the original to fit the safari tank .then test it and ride it around The dakar in january .

i've been worried about that too, I was out a couple of weeks back with a guy on a new KLR and a slow tipover in some mud had the fairing hit a log laying there and broke it pretty good. This is tighter to the bike than the KLR's but still looks vulnerable (and expensive to fix no doubt)

Plus the occasional Triumph, BSA, Yamaha, Honda, Suzuki and KTM but who's counting

I show you mine went done ,Planning in cut 3 or 4 inchs from top o windshield .
I will install it in a Se the i have in south america the i only use for long trips twice a year I hope .
in my Se here in the states i run a 690 sm windshield and never broke it and ride pretty agressive and technical .
This Kit is for rally racing o look like one and is very functional for that

The fairing looks great for standing and riding, how is it for sitting? I've had trouble on bikes where the screen is too far forward from the rider.

As if someone is not convinced that the test really has been tested in real-world...

The kit has been mounted on two 950SE during the Tuareg rally in 2010, as far as I know it's the same kit as they are now shipping.
http://ramshage.com/gallery2/main.ph...serialNumber=1

Hope the image will show, it's a 950SE with their custom decals.
Hmm don't understand how you add a picture... Well just click and view...

Cheers,
Zappa

Right! Just because it was used in a Rally doesn't mean it can't be improved...
