Here's a little FlannyCam from the ridge up on Rabbit Valley.
And yes - that is a pink dress I'm wearing... I think I'll wear the dress again today - it makes my ass look great....

Today we did Steel Bender and Slick Rock. Steel Bender because it was close to our condo and we thought it would be a good warm up but it turned out to be way harder than Slick Rock so when we finally finished it and got into town we were really exhausted. Slick Rock though was just great as always.
First order of business was putting on trials tires. The grip they have is pretty amazing. ![]() Tom got a few great shots of me. ![]() We all remarked that looking at the photos never seems to give a sense of how steep things really are. A lot of sections are steep enough that you feel like you'll go over the bars. We didn't shoot too much there. Here's Tom at the top of the same section. ![]() We also saw petroglyphs. Tom was amazed. ![]() Then it was on to Slick Rock. ![]() Christian rode a smoker. It's just the light really that shows off the smoke. ![]() Clipper wheelies up. There were many wheelies. ![]() Tom wheelies... ![]() I wheelie and Tom shoots... ![]() Obligatory group shot at the top. ![]() James and John. ![]() Gino and Flanny. We did some cool POV video but Flanny is going to work on that. I might try to upload as least a small clip tomorrow before we head out to do Poison Spider tomorrow. So. Damn. Tired. Must. Sleep... G

moab myth you don't really need them trials tires
Moab Myth you don't really need trials tires unless you like to spend the money
and you can't ride them out on a flat no sidewalls they just drop to the rim I ll never run them in the desert as for air I run 19-21lbs just to help from getting pinch flats @ high speeds here Quote:

Yeah, I got no prob running a trials tire @ a place like Moab. 100's of miles of freeway is another story.
