Here in Spain you can find several low cost places to stay at night (apart from bars, hehe) which are called "pensiones" and/or "albergues". If you really want to, I can help you to find them out as I think it would be easier for me

@ sfwo79
"Verboten" is "forbidden", right? Well, here in Spain, riding offroad is mostly forbidden too. The thing is to choose the "less illegal" tracks in order not to have serious problems. Fines can go up to 60.000 ($85.000) if you accidentally go inside a national park. Sometimes it's impossible to know if you're inside or not so having a GPS is necessary.
Anyway, I have lots of tracks to ride offroad at very low risk and, specially, one long track that goes from Cadiz to Santander (very north of Spain). That's a 95% offroad 1.000 km track!!!

Well, "albergues" are a sort of lodging for hikers or similar. Normally, you can find them outside the big cities. It's just what it would be interesting in this situation.

I'm sure there's a word for that in english, but I can't find it now. It's not far from the concept of "bed and breakfast".

Take care,
Beltran

I'm affraid, but yes ; they are. Things are not going well for offroad riding in Spain, but we keep on our bikes anyway. There are provinces more restricted than others, but the main idea is that offroad riding is not well accepted.

Take care,
