Jose - Thanks for sharing your pics AND for lugging those boxes all the way to Neeses for me. It sure was a fun day.

Maybe NEXT TIME WE COULD YELL AT WESLEY A LITTLE BEFORE THE EVENT AND HE WOULD SHOW UP.

I cannot tell about the spin of the XRL as I was not behind myself but I can speekof personal sightings that the RXC can't pull a wet noodle across a wet floor.

Was this personal sighting one of the FIVE times you dumped my KTM when you were learning how to ride? Was it the time you broke my choke lever off??

Went up/down this on some Kenda 90% street tires.

You'll notice that that^^ is SCFalconry(Marty), not either one of you two.

Oh and, Joe, did you say muddy noodle?

You got more mud in your pockets than my KTM had anywhere on it. We went through the same mud hole. Doesn't look like it though.....

BTW: Here's a series of pics I took last year at the

SandBlast Rally:

That is an inmate here, just not sure who it was.
I know he had to check his drawers though!

I will be passing round some of the handouts on my daily travels and will attend the Rally, but not sure about volunteering. This has got to be my 5th or 6th year spectating. Looking forward to seeing you guys there. Wes

I was not invited! Also, I am pretty sure I could climb that hill on my Vulcan.

Dumped? Twice. Years ago. I am sure some one can pull up pics. From years ago. Let's get that carb on. People want to run as a group. Riding in the enviroment theses types of bikes were made for is safer in numbers. I know I would ride the XR off road more if we were in a group.
The back tire slipped taking the bike in one rut and the top half of be in the other.

You wouldn't say that standing where Marty is. That was the first real hill climb we came to and it was pretty scary. Not as much as the last hill before we stopped for lunch:

I've been there...

When I was there, Nov 2008, the gate down to the lake couldn't have been open for long. That long hill was still covered in leaves. That Dunlop 607 on the rear did not like that.

AFAIK, they don't open that gate anymore.

Nope, JAL, you weren't there yet. The tracks were definitely Laura's. I thought about asking if you [Laura] might want to check the alignment of your rear tire. It was churning the sand pretty much the entire route.

I was intentionally on the gas like crazy. I couldn't get over how easy the bike was to ride. Brought me back to my XR200 days from the early 80's. We are going to bump up the rear preload.
