I don't think you were complaining. I think you bring up a valid point.

As an official office / house slave (same for Bill; different office, same house), I don't have time to ride 25 miles to figure out I have no clue where the tag is either!

That is a really cool tag though, Bill and have stopped there often to cool off on a really hot day.

I think it is cool how some are harder than others. I agree it can be taken to an extreme, but I don't think any of us would go that far. I do think though that it is more challenging when it is something that is not crazy obvious.

Good thing is if you want easy, tag easy. If you want it difficult, tag it that way. Makes the world go around!

Maybe have 2 tags if possible. 1 in town/available by pavement
and 1 off-road/difficult to access, with a gps coordinate included.
Just spitballin ideas,

Tony

I think if you grab a tag and move it to an off-road location, someone will find it. I see no reason a tag has to be equally accessible to everyone. Some people prefer off road. Some people prefer street.

I remember 'spotting' for Doug when he took his Harley off road into the Wolf River bottoms off Covington Pike to pick up a tag... crazy bastard.

btw, I took my WR250 (it was running then), not the VStrom.

Brings up a good point.

I think it's a good idea to go inside if the tag is as a place of business. It's probably at that place for good reason. cough, cough

I love all the tags, especially the dual-sporty ones
