Bootmud, you rode the Michaux enduro, or dual sport?

Going riding in Michaux on Sunday, if anyone is interested in hooking up, shoot me a P.M.. The weather forecast is for temps from 45 to 69, with cloudy skies and a 30% chance of an isolated thunderstorm between 10:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., next week is looking even better!

Hey Jack:

I was wondering if anyone was ever going to bump this post again?
Know what you mean about there not being enough hours in the day,
but.... I'm headin' to Michaux tomorrow morning, plan to put the finishing
touches on Route #2 and check out Routes #3 and #4 on the way home
from Mount Holly Springs. This weekends weather is as follows; Saturday
41-67 with a 60% chance of thunder showers and Sunday 54-70 with a 60% chance of thunder showers as well. Saturday I'm thinking of riding
up to Grantville, PA (an hours ride north on I-81 at the Penn National Race Track and Casino exit) and taking part in racer43's "Central PA Spring Adventure Ride", they plan on leaving Grantville at 9:00 A.M., have lunch at Trevorton and then end the ride at a bar in Halifax around 5:00 P.M., check out the post in Northeast Regional Rides here on ADVRider.

Read this some time ago and have been surprised that there has been very little chatter about it.

Sorry for the slight detour of thread.

Talking Nice day out

Had a great time riding Michaux last Saturday. Saw a couple of you guys out enjoying the weather. Sorry we didn't stop to chat. Not much to add that hasn't been said. A bit more green in the ridges and I couldn't believe how well maintained the roads were. I had to force myself to slow down and just enjoy the ride. The couple oncoming vehicles gave plenty of room and same direction traffic pulled off and waved us by immediately. I was sure to take it easy and keep the rocks and dust down around them and wave/nod to acknowledge the gesture.

Oh hell yea, I had it apart for a while before going here : http://advrider.com/forums/showthread.php?t=679129

There is more off paved riding than you can cover in MONTHS of riding in VA and WVA. ... Not to disparage PA!

Jaxwife and I have adopted some pound puppies, so my weekend schedule is decided for the near future. (I'm both happy and unhappy to say)

I'm shooting for late May or early June for my next trip to Michaux:

On short notice, I got a chance to go back to Michaux on Saturday.

Hey Jeff, (hope you're still lurking) just saw your post from weeks ago.. I will post a link to some doggie pix. This was a precursor visit by Scott P with hopes of making it a camp out destination. There are several folks who would really enjoy a SoPaRider special tour.

Hey TowPro, PM sent. I got a great .tpx route north of 30. We had trouble with a flat, so what i had planned below 30 was n/a. i am gonna go back soon. Pm sent.

Cat herder/SMIBz do around 70 miles in Michaux:

It was fun seeing the new one fiddy in a tag bg.

My partners today are h14xl and Scott P. Thanks for coming along y'all.

The weather never really cooperated... BUT that didn't stop us from having a nice ride:
