After 14 months and two motor swaps, I was able to take my '96 DR350/441SET out for it's first test ride of Michaux on Wednesday, the new 441 motor, carb and exhaust still need a little tweeking, but at least we're up and running and hope to meet up again with my fellow ADVers soon! Oh and by the way, expect some serious dust if your planning a ride to Michaux any time soon, summers here and we need some rain bad.

Sucking dust again and loving it!

Great thread Jax; I just discovered it and read it from front to back.

Q: Is any of Piney Mountain Ridge Rd. open?
The DCNR map shows it gated north of Bendersville Rd, but open to the south of it.

Hey Jeff: How can I get maps of your Michaux loops??

Hi Wiggus! Glad you enjoyed it..

Piney mt is open from 30 to shippenspurg rd ... and may be beyond that. My friends and I rode it Memorial day. SoPaRider would know for sure. According to Jeff they gate it right after Deer season opens, then it is closed all winter.

Good pics of a nice area.

You missed the turkeys cause you have a great camera and a fast bike operated by an old man. LOL. I also suffer from that issue

I always think I am younger after a good ride- Even though Ken and Phil tried to kill me the other day playing tag.

So cool that you are enjoying photos from Pennsylvania USA in Italy! Thanks for posting.

I went to Michaux again last Friday and about 3/4 of the way through my camera committed suicide rather than take another picture for me. As it launched I thought to myself, you knew this would happen.....

I have an SD card with some photos on it maybe....
I ordered another camera and a card reader today.

These photos are from 8/28/10
